I believe that Pittford’s greatest asset is its people. We have kind-hearted, accomplished, and committed residents and all of us belong here and can add value to our community.
A large part of serving our community is making sure that the Town remains financially strong. This is how we make sure that we can continue to provide services and keep the tax rate flat.
Another part of serving our community is making sure that residents are invited into the process of decision making, and ensuring that our local government is open and accessible.
If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. Pittsford does many things right, and we should preserve those things.
Our local government should reflect our community. Our volunteer boards should have members who reflect a variety of perspectives. Our services and programs should be designed with every resident in mind.
We must be proactive. When decisions need to be made, we should make those decisions with confidence. We need to adapt, while always focusing on what makes our Town a great place to live for all of our residents.
I love our country and this town. I believe in the United States Constitution and the rule of law. I am a huge believer in the importance of due process, free speech, and all of the rights granted to each of us by the Constitution.
